Raciety Creator & Gifted Product Collaboration Terms

These terms apply to product-seeding and creator collaborations offered by ROAD SOCIETY LLC (“Raciety”). A campaign brief or separate written agreement may add deliverables, dates, products, or permissions for a specific collaboration.

1. Gifted products and campaign brief

Products provided free or at a discount are a material connection and must be disclosed clearly in the resulting content. Before a product is shipped, any required content, format, platform, posting date, tagging, or review requirements must be confirmed in a campaign brief accepted by both sides. If no deliverables are agreed in writing, receiving a product alone does not create an obligation to publish content.

Unless a campaign brief expressly says otherwise, gifted products are for the creator’s use and are not cash compensation. They do not by themselves earn an affiliate commission.

2. Affiliate links and commission

If you separately join the affiliate program and accept an offer, its link/code and the Affiliate Program Terms govern commissions. For referred memberships, the free first month earns no subscription commission; one subscription commission may be earned only after the first successful paid billing, currently $54.95 USD, and no commission is earned on later renewals. Your accepted offer states the applicable rate and payout conditions.

3. Content and disclosures

Disclose free or discounted products and any commission in a clear, prominent way wherever the endorsement appears. Examples include “Gifted by Raciety” and “I may earn a commission if you buy through my link.” Follow the platform’s disclosure tools and applicable advertising laws. Content must be truthful, based on your experience, and must not make unapproved product, membership, savings, credit, prize, or delivery claims.

4. Content rights

You retain ownership of content you create. Raciety may repost or use your content in paid advertising only if you separately give written permission specifying the permitted channels, term, and any compensation. Product gifting alone does not grant Raciety a licence to use your content or likeness in advertising.

5. Compliance and ending a collaboration

Do not publish confidential campaign information or use Raciety marks outside approved materials. Either side may end a collaboration before publication by written notice; any already agreed deliverables and compensation will be handled under the campaign brief and applicable law. These terms do not create employment, agency, or partnership.
