At Raciety, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns Due to Our Error

If you receive:

  • An incorrect item
  • The wrong size due to our fulfillment error
  • A defective or damaged product

We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping costs where applicable.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, you may be asked to provide photographs of the item received.

Returns for Other Reasons

If you wish to return an item for reasons that are not the result of an error by Raciety, you may request a return within the eligible return period.

In these cases:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

Sale and Discounted Items

Products purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or at discounted prices are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details and sizing information before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must include all original packaging and tags.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by law:
