At Raciety, we are committed to providing high-quality garments designed to last. Proper care is essential to maintain the appearance, fit, and longevity of your products.
Please carefully follow the care instructions provided with each garment. Damage resulting from improper washing, drying, ironing, or handling is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by our return or refund policies.
Raciety is not responsible for discoloration, fading, shrinkage, print damage, embroidery damage, or any other alterations caused by failure to follow the recommended care instructions.
Printed Garments
We use premium direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology and high-quality inks designed for long-lasting performance when properly cared for.
Because standard manufacturer care instructions may not account for the printing process, we recommend following the guidelines below.
Washing Instructions
- Machine wash cold (maximum 30°C / 86°F)
- Wash inside out
- Use a gentle cycle
- Use mild detergent
- Wash with similar colors
- Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary
- Do not use fabric softeners
- Do not dry clean
Drying Instructions
- Tumble dry on low heat only
- Air drying is strongly recommended
- Avoid high heat settings
Ironing Instructions
- Iron inside out only
- Use a low temperature setting
- Do not iron directly on printed areas
Failure to follow these instructions may result in fading, cracking of the print, or garment shrinkage.
Embroidered Garments
Embroidered products require special care to preserve the embroidery and fabric quality.
Washing Instructions
- Machine wash cold (maximum 30°C / 86°F)
- Wash inside out
- Use a gentle cycle
- Use mild detergent
- Wash with similar colors
- Non-chlorine bleach is recommended
If color residue appears during washing:
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water
- Follow with several cold water rinses
- Do not rub embroidered areas
Professional dry cleaning is also acceptable.
Drying Instructions
- Do not leave garments wet for extended periods
- Do not wring or twist embroidered garments
- Air drying is recommended
- If using a dryer, use a no-heat or low-heat setting
Ironing Instructions
- Iron inside out
- Place a cloth between the iron and the garment whenever possible
- Do not iron directly over embroidery
- Do not use steam directly on embroidered areas

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided with the garment and on this page.
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, or handling is considered normal wear or customer-caused damage and is not eligible for refunds, replacements, or exchanges.
