Raciety Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Raciety affiliate program operated by ROAD SOCIETY LLC (“Raciety,” “we,” or “us”). By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these terms and the campaign-specific offer accepted by you.

1. Joining and individual offers

Participation requires our approval and is available to individuals aged 18 or older and eligible businesses. Each participant’s written offer or affiliate account will state the applicable commission rate, attribution period, eligible products or actions, payout method, minimum payout (if any), and payout schedule. Those details must be shown before you accept a campaign. No rate or payout threshold is promised by these general terms. If an offer conflicts with these terms, these terms control except for the rate, attribution, and payout details expressly stated in that offer.

2. Eligible commissions

Product commissions are calculated at the rate in your accepted offer on eligible, successfully paid sales attributed to your unique link or code. Unless the offer says otherwise, commission is calculated on the product amount actually paid after discounts and excludes shipping, taxes, gift cards, refunded or returned amounts, chargebacks, cancelled orders, and fraudulent or self-referred purchases. A commission is not earned merely because a click or order was recorded; the order must be paid and remain eligible under these terms.

For a referred new Raciety membership, the free first month earns no subscription commission. One subscription commission may be earned only after the first successful paid membership billing. The membership currently renews at $54.95 USD per month, with the first paid renewal scheduled for the 3rd after the free first month, subject to the checkout terms shown to that customer. No commission is earned on subscription creation, the free month, failed or reversed payments, or any later monthly renewal. The applicable one-time subscription commission rate is the rate in your accepted offer.

We may reverse or withhold commissions for returns, refunds, chargebacks, cancelled orders, fraud, policy violations, or tracking errors. We will not pay duplicate commissions for the same transaction.

3. Tracking and attribution

Use only the links, codes, and promotional methods assigned or approved for you. Attribution depends on the tracking method and attribution period stated in your offer; tracking is not guaranteed if a customer blocks cookies, uses another device, applies another creator’s code, or otherwise prevents attribution. We may review and correct demonstrable tracking errors using available order and event records.

4. Promotion and disclosures

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Raciety wherever you endorse or promote us, including when you may earn a commission or have received free or discounted products. Put the disclosure where people will see it with the endorsement; do not hide it among hashtags or behind “more.” Examples include “I may earn a commission if you buy through my link” and “Gifted by Raciety.” Use the wording required by the platform or applicable law when stricter.

Recommendations must reflect your honest experience. Do not make unapproved claims about products, membership benefits, savings, credit, prizes, delivery, or results. Follow applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, and platform rules.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not make purchases through your own link or code, generate fake or incentivized traffic without written approval, use spam or misleading advertising, bid on Raciety brand terms in paid search without permission, impersonate Raciety, alter links or codes, or publish unauthorised discount claims. Do not use our trademarks or content outside the approved materials and campaign permissions.

6. Payouts and taxes

Commissions are paid only under the schedule, threshold, method, and verification requirements in your accepted offer. You are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information and for taxes arising from your participation. We may request information reasonably needed to verify eligibility or comply with law.

7. Term, changes, and termination

You may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or end participation for suspected fraud, legal or platform risk, breach of these terms, or business reasons. We may change the program prospectively by updating these terms or your offer; accrued eligible commissions remain subject to review and the terms in effect when earned. On termination, stop using links, codes, and Raciety materials. These terms do not create employment, agency, partnership, or a franchise.
