Shipping Policy

At Raciety, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment verification. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are generally:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

To provide the best possible delivery experience, we work with a variety of trusted shipping carriers and fulfillment partners.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees, any resulting costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Raciety is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the responsibility of the carrier.

Returns Policy

Raciety accepts returns for eligible items in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
